The interior is spacious and modern, the open plan lounge is a lovely space with patio doors that lead to the balcony decking, the full drop windows are fitted with privacy blinds that can be lifted to flood the space with light and open up to the views across the park and beyond. There are two display shelving units either side of the lounge and an electric wall mounted fireplace for those cosy nights in. A large matching coffee table completes the lounge furniture, leaving space for a your own lounge suite. The freestanding furniture in the dining area is simple but modern.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, integrated microwave oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also ample cupboard space , a breakfast bar, stainless steel splash back, extractor fan and Velux windows to allow even more light into the space.
